Terms & Conditions
1. Attire – Sport attire is required, including long pants and fully covered shoes. Sandals, slippers, and shorts are strictly not permitted.
2. Punctuality – All participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson or denial of participation without refund.
3. Rescheduling – Requests are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed.
4. Health & Safety – Participants with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult their physician before joining. We reserve the right to refuse participation if a participant is deemed unfit to ride.
5. Minors – Participants below 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
6. Liability – We shall not be held liable for any injuries or losses arising from participation, except in cases of proven negligence.
7. Amendments – The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
